Shipping policy

Nothing is shipped — everything is delivered electronically.

Summer Voyages sells travel services, not physical goods. All bookings are confirmed electronically: you receive your booking confirmation and trip documents by email at the address you provide, immediately after payment.

On your travel date, your driver-guide or vehicle meets you at the agreed pick-up location — the airport arrivals hall, your hotel, or the meeting point stated on your booking. Nothing needs to be printed; showing your confirmation email on your phone is enough.

If your confirmation email hasn't arrived within a few minutes of booking, check your spam folder, then contact us at info@summervoyages.com or on WhatsApp at +94 77 719 2884 and we'll resend it right away.
